- Your circle participation (which is your main circle this year?)
- Arrival time (participants are expected to arrive on July 24. The program starts in late afternoon with dinner and a welcoming evening)
- Your meal preferences: pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, other (please specify)
- Any other relevant information that organisers should be made aware of
