For people who were offered and confirmed a NSU scholarship.
Please note that scholarship applicants are expected to help with small tasks during the summer session, whether it is help with practicalities or writing a blog post [this should be included in the CFP but will also be mentioned by Arrkom upon offering the scholarships]
Includes:
- NSU membership [if you attended a NSU event in 2026, you have already paid the membership. You must request a discount code from the coordinator of your study circle BEFORE you register and pay – no refunds will be given for those who do not request the discount code]
- All meals on site
- Accommodation – A bed in a room with up to 3 other people.
Upon check-out, you will be asked to provide information regarding:
- Your circle participation (which is your main circle this year?)
- Arrival time
- Your meal preferences: pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, other (please specify)
- Who you would like to share the room with – if applicable (someone by name, gender-neutral room, female room, male room)
- Any other relevant information that organisers should be made aware of
