- Accommodation – A bed in a quadruple room with up to three other people (female)
Upon check-out, you will be asked to provide information regarding:
- Your circle participation (which is your main circle this year?)
- Arrival time (everyone is expected to arrive on July 24 after 2pm. The program starts in late afternoon with dinner and a welcoming evening)
- Your meal preferences: pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, other (please specify)
- Who you would like to share the room with – if applicable (someone by name, gender-neutral room, female room, male room)
- Any other relevant information that organisers should be made aware of
