How to Get to the Venue

*While buying tickets for any public transport in Lithuania do not hesitate to ask about discounts, especially if you are a student or travelling with children.

From Klaipeda to Palanga by bus (approx 30 mins)

Addresses:
– Bus station in Klaipeda (Klaipėdos autobusų, Butkų Juzės g. 9);
– Bus station in Palanga (Palangos autobusų stotis (nauja), Klaipėdos pl. 42.
Note: you can see the old (Palangos autobusų stotis) and the new station (Palangos autobusų stotis (nauja)), they are located at the same address in front of each other).

Buy the ticket either online or at the bus station in Klaipeda (some of the tickets are available only offline). The bus departs from the bus station. You might find out at the station (booking office) that some of the tickets might be sold directly on the bus, so it is better to have cash in case. The ticket costs 2–3 euro.*

From Vilnius bus station to Palanga by bus (approx 4 hrs 30 mins)

Addresses:
– Bus station in Vilnius (Vilniaus autobusų stotis, Sodų g. 22);
– Bus station in Palanga (Palangos autobusų stotis (nauja), Klaipėdos pl. 42.
Note: you can see the old (Palangos autobusų stotis) and the new station (Palangos autobusų stotis (nauja)), they are located at the same address in front of each other).

Buy the ticket either online or at the bus station in Vilnius (some of the tickets are available only offline). The bus departs from the bus station. From Vilnius airport to Vilnius bus station (approx 20 mins)

You need to leave the airport and go to the stop “Oro uostas” in front of the building. Then catch a bus N1 or 2 and go until the stop “Stotis”. It costs 1 euro without discounts. You can buy a ticket for a bus:
– from the driver by cash (euro);
– in a small shop in Narvesen (in the airport located in Hall A of the Arrivals Terminal; also located around the whole city). If you wish, you can also buy a Vilnius resident transport card (Vilniečio kortelė). It does not give any privileges, only a card form of the tickets.

If you prefer a taxi or your flight is between 23:32 and 05:20 when buses are not working, you can use Bolt or Uber taxi. It costs 6–15 euro depending on the time of the day.

From Vilnius airport to Palanga by bus (approx 5 hrs 30 mins)

Buy the ticket either online or at the airport (some of the tickets are available only offline). It needs to be checked on the spot where the bus departs. You might find out at the booking office that some of the tickets might be sold directly on the bus, so it is better to have cash in case. The ticket costs 25–27 euro.*

From Palanga bus station to the venue

– The venue (Vyturys Palanga, S. Dariaus ir S. Girėno g. 20, Palanga, Lithuania).

The walk takes approx 16-18 mins.
If you want, you can take a taxi (Bolt or Uber). It costs 3–10 euro.

The shortest walk that the map suggests does not look like the right way (see the pictures below). If you choose it, go straight until the sign on the second picture and turn right.
If you do not feel safe walking this way, feel free to choose a different variant (it takes approx 18 mins).
